Dr. Napoli joins our group after honorably serving 21 years in the Air Force. She graduated from University of Vermont, College of Medicine, in 1987 and went on to complete her Pediatric residency at Wilford Hall, AF Medical Center at Lackland AFB, TX. Dr Napoli practiced for a number of years as a Pediatrician before completing her combined Adult/Pediatric Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at Wilford Hall, USAF Medical Center. She spent 3 years on teaching staff at the fellowship before being transferred to the USAF Academy as an Allergist/Immunologist. She was selected and served as the Allergy and Immunology Consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General for 5 years. Dr Napoli has conducted research and is published in peer-reviewed journals.

She is board-certified in Allergy and Immunology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Heidi Bailey is a certified physician assistant who graduated from the Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant Program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in May of 2002. She has worked in Castle Rock in family practice and urgent care. She is delighted to have joined Allergy Asthma Colorado, P.C. in 2007.

Heidi is an Allied Health Member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and presented to the Allied Health on integrated medicine in allergy and asthma with Dr. Silvers in 2009. Heidi’s interests include eosinophilic esophagitis, allergy and asthma care and she enjoys providing compassionate care for patients.

Heidi received her Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Northern Colorado. She worked in research and development for medical device companies for five years prior to attending PA school. In 2006, she completed a research master’s degree at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Her project was published in Pediatric Blood & Cancer.

Heidi is a Colorado native. She loves spending time with her husband Carl and her three children, Meghan, Curtis and Spencer. She enjoys playing in the beautiful Colorado outdoors when she isn’t at work.
